Helpndoc keyboard shortcut to rename file software#
Click Reassign to do so for functions that currently have a keyboard shortcut assigned to them or Add for those that do not.1 IBE Software Copyright 2015 by IBE Software.
If no warning appears, the keyboard shortcut is not currently in use and can be assigned to this function. This warning will also specify to which function the shortcut is currently assigned. If that particular keyboard shortcut is already in use, a warning will appear below it. Click inside this field and press the keyboard shortcut to which you wish to change it on your keyboard. When a function is selected, its current keyboard shortcut, if any, is shown in the Shortcut field. If desired, utilize the Search function for this purpose. 
Locate the function whose shortcut you wish to change and select it.
Tools: Contains functions related to Markups, Measurements, Sketch to Scale, and Forms features. 
Select the Tools or Commands tab, as appropriate. To make more wholesale changes to the keyboard shortcut map, see Import/Export a Keyboard Shortcut File. This process is recommended when changing a limited number of keyboard shortcuts. txt, then navigate to a local or network drive and save the file. To generate a list of keyboard shortcuts, go to Export > List as. If no warning appears, the keyboard shortcut is not currently in use. In some cases, the shortcut will be reserved. 
The keyboard shortcut entered will appear in the Shortcut field and, if that particular keyboard shortcut is already in use, a warning will appear below it. To determine whether a certain keyboard shortcut is currently in use, select any function, then click inside the Shortcut field and press the desired keys on the keyboard.
To find the current keyboard shortcut for a specific function, enter it in the Search field. Select either to scan these lists for current keyboard shortcuts. Keyboard shortcuts are divided into two groups: Tools and Commands. The Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box appears. Viewing keyboard shortcuts can be a useful exercise for multiple reasons, notably for learning what shortcuts are currently in use for specific functions and for determining whether or not a given keyboard shortcut is available for assignment to a function.
